Tuesday, May 29, 2007 was an interesting weather day.  The day started off with the state south of a warm front. The morning low dipped only to 69.  As the day went on towering cumulus bagan building and by late afternoon scattered showers were over much of eastern Minnesota.  We experianced our first wave of showers around 3pm which brought .27 inches of rain.  Another wave came trough around 5pm bringing another .19 inches and the final wave of showers came through around 8:30pm bringing another .26 for a daily total of .72.
