November 2006 proved to be another disappointing month for precipitation totaling only .95.  The only bright spot regarding precipitation was the .78" that feel over a three day period from Nov. 26-28.  It was a good soaking rain and since the ground has yet to freeze made it even more valuable.  Snowfall was dismal at 1/2".  The largest total was .4" on Nov. 13, which coated the morning ground but melted by days end.

Temperatures were up after 2 months of below normal temperatures. Here are the Averages for White Bear.
